We got tired of watching people give up on AI
Not because the technology was not good enough, but because every product assumed you wanted to operate it.
The pattern we kept seeing
Someone runs a real business. They read that AI can do the work piling up on their desk. They sign up for an agent platform, meet a blank canvas and a config file, spend an hour on it, and never come back. Not because they lacked interest — they had plenty. Because the product handed them a second job.
The failure was never model quality. It was setup. Everything shipped assumed the buyer wanted to be an operator.
So we sell the opposite thing
We do not sell you a platform. We build you a company: a manager, real departments, and agents with trained skills and a schedule. We connect it to the accounts you already use, set the budgets, and supervise the output. You approve what matters and read one report a week.
The output is the product. Not the software, not the dashboard — the work that actually got done while you were doing something else.
What we believe
Departments, not chatbots
A pod of agents that owns one outcome beats a chat window that waits for instructions. Work should arrive without being asked for.
Autonomy needs a brake
Anything that leaves your business waits for your approval. Every agent has a hard spending cap. Control is not a feature we bolted on.
Nobody should need an API key
AI running costs are ours, baked into the price and capped. You will never see a token bill or be asked to create a developer account.
One industry at a time
We would rather be genuinely good for a handful of businesses in one field than shallow across nineteen. Depth is the business; breadth is just a menu.
Where we are honestly at
We are a small team building this deliberately, one vertical at a time, with hands-on onboarding for every client. That means we can tailor a company properly to how your business actually runs — and it means we take on a small number of clients at a time. If we are not the right fit for you, we would rather say that on the call than sell you something that will not land.
Built on solid ground
The orchestration underneath is Paperclip, an open-source, MIT-licensed platform for running teams of AI agents — org charts, delegation, budgets, governance and audit trails. It is excellent, and it is built for people who want to drive.
Our job is everything on top: the company designed for your industry, the accounts wired up, the budgets set, the output supervised. You never see any of the machinery. That is the entire point.
If that sounds like what you have been looking for, the twenty-minute call is the next step.
