1. These terms

These terms are between you and XISLABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), trading as My Cloud Company. By subscribing you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the service is

We build and operate a managed team of AI agents for your business — a “company” made up of departments, each owning one outcome and staffed with agents. We build it, connect it to accounts you authorise, supervise it and report on it.

This is a service, not software you license. You are not buying access to a platform to configure yourself.

3. Plans and what they include

Agent counts are indicative of capacity, not a guaranteed minimum headcount. AI running costs are included and capped per agent. Extra agents are $100 per month each.

4. Setup fee

A one-time setup fee of $750 covers the onboarding call, building and tailoring your company, connecting your accounts and supervising your first week. It is charged with your first month. The setup fee is non-refundable once the build work has started, because the work is real and specific to you.

5. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Billing. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance from the date you subscribe. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record; their terms cover the transaction itself.
Cancellation. Cancel any month, with no notice period. Your company keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
Refunds on the subscription. If we have not delivered what the plan describes, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that month.
No pro-rata refunds for cancelling mid-period, or for months already delivered.
Setup fee. Refundable in full if you cancel before the onboarding call. Not refundable once building has begun.
Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing your price. You can cancel instead of accepting.

6. What we need from you

Access to the business accounts your company needs, granted through each platform's own permission screen
Timely responses on approvals — work waiting for your signature does not ship
Accurate information about your business, and the right to use any material you give us

If we cannot get access or approvals, we cannot deliver, and that does not entitle you to a refund.

7. AI output, approval and responsibility

Read this section properly — it is the one that matters most.

AI makes mistakes. Output can be wrong, out of date, or badly judged. We supervise and review, but we cannot guarantee every item is correct.
You approve what ships. Anything leaving your business waits in your approval queue. Approving it is your decision and your responsibility.
You are responsible for published content once you approve it, including whether it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your industry.
Not professional advice. Nothing your company produces is legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. If your industry is regulated, you are responsible for compliance, and we strongly recommend the human review add-on.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce or distribute:

Anything unlawful, or content that infringes someone else's rights
Spam, or messaging to people who have not consented where consent is required
Content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to deceive
Harassing, hateful or deliberately misleading material

We can suspend or terminate immediately for breach of this section.

9. Who owns what

Yours: your business data, your accounts, and the work products your company produces. You keep them if you leave.
Ours: our department templates, skills, prompts, tooling and methods, including anything we build while working with you that is not specific to your business.
We may describe the work in general terms as a case study only with your written permission.

10. Availability and support

We aim to keep your company running continuously but do not offer a uptime guarantee on standard plans; agents may pause for maintenance, provider outages or budget caps. Enterprise agreements can include an SLA. Support is by email on Launch, with a monthly call on Growth and a direct line on Scale.

11. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or reputational harm; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for breach of section 8 or non-payment. On termination we export what your company produced, hand it to you, and revoke our access to your accounts — you can also revoke it yourself at any point.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any material change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
